Unity of Beaverton is expanding our offering Spiritual Education Classes, Workshops, Weddings and other sacred ceremonies in addtion to Hosting Professional Services in our Healing Arts and Sacred Spaces. Our newly appointed Events Coordinator, Lisa Neves is opening our Front Door on Blessings Wholeness Centre 5075 SW Waston Street to the metro area for practical spirituality with an eclectic flare. We have lined-up a wide range of classes, holistic healers and special events.
Tuesday, September 26th 7-9 pm Frances Lancaster, Ordained New Thought minister with 36 years of leadership experience, teaching, writing and living New Thought principles will present her new book, Prosperity: 100 Ways to Create What You Really Want. – Learn to apply: The Prosperity Pie, The Possibility Triangle, and The Triangle of Change to experience Immediate Results in your life! Registration for this 5-week class will be $75 on the first night of class (save $10 by registering early) the required text is $15.
Wednesday Sept 27, 7-9 pm Michael Iannantuano is offering a 7-week Drum Building and Techniques Class. Michael is a gifted, insightful Reiki Master and Shamanic healer who uses all of the tools he has learned to guide the class to serve the needs of the students. Each will make your own 16-inch hoop drum and consecrate this instrument with shamanic journeys and sacred ceremony. Learn to play your drum and enjoy the drumming of others. Register now as space is limited. Cost: $70 for materials and $215 for the 7-week class.
Tuesday Sept 19th 1:30 to 3:30 pm Kathleen Verigan, Ordained New Thought Minister will present Mudras, Mantras & Mandalas - A four-week daytime class for adults who want to develop and deepen their spiritual practice by exploring the role of prayer in world religions. Highly experiential and interactive. $40 suggested donation.
Starting Thursday Sept 21 Search for the Beloved offers paths to deeper spiritual connection. “Within us is the guiding passion that is the deep yarning for the Beloved of the soul. Together explore the paths that transcends all the multiple and marvelous varieties of human loving that calls us to the Source.” ElVida Frothingham, Masters of Divinity New West Seminary will offer two sessions on Thursdays for 6-weeks 1:30 –3:30 pm OR 6:30 to 9:15 pm series ends with a Saturday workshop on Oct. 28th. $10 suggested love offering per class or ($65 for the series, if paid in advance).
